We provide personalized coaching and professional development services for firefighters and company officers preparing to promote into higher leadership roles within the fire service. Drawing from experience as an assessor with multiple agencies and my current role as a Battalion Chief with a large metropolitan fire department consisting of over 2000 members with nearly 60 fire stations and a population of 1.33 million citizens covering 385 square miles, I help candidates build the confidence, communication skills, and leadership mindset needed to succeed in assessment centers, panel interviews, and officer development programs.
